Position Summary:
As a Membership Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer memberships, ensuring timely renewals, accurate billing, and seamless scheduling of preventative maintenance services. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service contracts, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership & Contract Management:
- Oversee customer memberships, track renewal dates, and proactively initiate renewals.
- Maintain accurate membership data within ServiceTitan (or applicable CRM).
- Ensure all contract services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreements.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for membership-related inquiries, billing questions, and service scheduling.
- Proactively notify customers of upcoming maintenance visits and contract updates.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a positive experience.
Billing & Reporting:
- Generate and distribute invoices for membership services and track payments.
- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on membership trends, service utilization, and contract performance.
Sales Support & Growth:
- Work closely with the sales and field teams to identify new membership opportunities.
- Promote the benefits of maintenance memberships to prospective customers.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns for contract services.
