DevOps Engineer
Castelion is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Linux administration, scripting, containerization, and infrastructure automation, along with experience managing Azure cloud services and improving system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based services using Azure
- CI/CD & Version Control: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git, ensuring smooth deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Design, implement, and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes based deployments.
- Monitoring & Data Analysis: Implement and maintain monitoring and data analysis solutions using Grafana and Foxglove.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Artifact & Dependency Management: Maintain Nexus binary repository and manage build dependencies using Conan, Cargo, and Pypi.
- Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work with development and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or cloud engineering.
- Expertise in Linux server administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Shell Scripting).
- Strong experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot networking, performance, and deployment issues in production environments.
