What are the responsibilities and job description for the eCommerce Warehouse Manager position at Castello USA?
We are a busy and growing retail/wholesale Kitchen & Bath company in need of an experienced eCommerce shipping manager that will oversee all duties related to order processing and fulfillment. The candidate will be in charge of day-to-day duties at our location in Blythe, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of order fulfillment from receiving, picking, packing, labeling, checking, shipping, and documenting all orders.
- Communicate with carriers and freight companies to coordinate pickups.
- Process all returns, photographing and documenting any missing or damaged items.
- Communicate daily with overseas teams and upper management about any issues or discrepancies (stock issues, label or packing slip problems, etc).
- Lead and train new and existing warehouse team day to day.
- Ensure all order and return documentation is properly scanned, processed, and filed each day.
- Manage inventory and ensuring accurate stock counts and control.
- May be required to physically help pick and prepare orders.
- Pro-actively optimise workflow, processes, and structures as needed.
- Ability to mutli-task without instruction.
- Ensure all requirements, rules, and processes are followed correctly.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Base Requirements:
- 3 years in warehouse or shipping management and supervision for an ecommerce business.
- Good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets a plus.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Can start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
