JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst will be responsible for applying analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives. This role requires extensive experience in management, technical, or business case analyses, as well as proficiency in coordinating across multiple programs of record. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Automate, and significant experience in program offices responsible for ship integration and installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate program/project objectives using analytic techniques.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Implement government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple programs of record.
- Provide support for ship integration and installations and early program lifecycle support.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Power Automate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Special Access Programs and government-instituted processes for documentation and change control management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications include:
- MA/MS degree in a relevant field.
- Over ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- At least three (3) years of experience with Special Access Programs.
- At least three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office and Power Automate.
- Experience in coordinating efforts across multiple programs of record.
- Experience in ship integration and installations and early program lifecycle support.
