Caster Concepts is seeking a motivated, talented, and focused Inside Sales/Territory Support Team Member to drive customer on-boarding, happiness, engagement, and retention. As a member of the CS Team, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management:
- Work customer accounts according to their defined action plans.
- Regularly communicate with customers through emails, phone calls, etc., to build relationships and ensure continued success.
- Rebuild relationships with customers who have decreased purchases by mining existing customer lists.
Sales and Quotation Responsibilities:
- Write all quotes using the ERP pricing model.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies for upcoming quotes to close sales and develop customer relationships.
Collaboration with Outside Sales Rep:
- Support outside sales rep by:
- Gathering data about customers' needs and potential.
- Setting and documenting the upfront contract.
- Confirming appointments and the upfront contract.
- Maintain the sales rep’s schedule, ensuring timely entries into Salesforce.
- Actively maintain the opportunities list daily.
- Assist in documenting the results of customer conversations, face-to-face meetings, and opportunity status notes.
- Collect data on disqualified prospects or lost orders.
Daily Tasks:
- Make 30 outbound calls per day.
- Send 30 prospecting emails per day.
- Maintain an up-to-date task list in Salesforce.
- Complete quotes as necessary.
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, etc.
Required Skills:
- Communicate effectively with outside sales partners, sales leadership, engineering support teams, customers, and prospects
- Ability to guide prospects through the Caster Concepts sales process to qualify and define their potential.
- A natural curiosity about prospects and customers, their businesses, challenges, and roles to understand how CCI fits into their needs.
- Ability to maintain an online visible calendar of events for the outside sales partner.
- Process quotations in a timely manner.
- Clear documentation of activities and interactions with prospects and customers for the team’s use in maximizing sales efforts and gross margins.
- Ability to effectively use the upfront contract when setting face-to-face appointments, ensuring all points are documented clearly for both the sales rep and the prospect/customer.
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs while maintaining a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Willing to accept responsibility and collaborate as part of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
