Job Summary
As a Sales Representative for Castillo’s Turf Artificial Grass, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of high-quality artificial grass products and installation services. Your role will involve a mix of door-to-door sales, inbound lead follow-ups, and B2B outreach, targeting homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and commercial property managers. You will educate potential customers on the benefits of artificial grass, address objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Manage account portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
