Automotive Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure all paperwork is being filed, processed, and sent to correct places
- Analyzing internal processes and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes
- Assist with overseeing the day to day functions of the office to ensure fluidity of operations
- Train clerks and assign them daily responsibilities
Automotive Office Manager Qualifications:
- Previous Dealership Office Manager experience
- Strong leadership and training skills
