Automotive Biller Responsibilities
Process and reconcile billing transactions promptly and accurately
Handle aspects of vehicle titling and registration
- Cut checks and pay off vehicles
- Reconcile schedules on a daily basis
- Update delivery logs and contracts in transit daily
- Assist with accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are processed on time
Provide administrative support across departments

Maintain organized files, assist with customer service as needed, and resolve operational issues
Automotive Biller Qualifications
At least three years of automotive billing experience is required
Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Automotive Biller : $23 - $26 / hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
