As a Dealership Support Assistant, you’ll jump into a little bit of everything - providing great customer service, handling a variety of administrative tasks, driving to a variety of locations, and embracing the fact that no two days are ever the same.

Dealership Support Assistant Responsibilities
- Drive to various locations for errands, document drop-offs, and deliveries, as directed by the Manager; his may include customers when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as: copying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
- Support dealership staff with other tasks as needed
Dealership Support Assistant Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to take on a variety of tasks
- Customer service, admin, or office support experience is a plus but not required
- Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, or service industries is helpful
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Willingness to drive to different locations as needed
- Eagerness to learn and be trained in dealership processes
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor when speaking with customers
- Ability to work listed hours, based on needs of the position and business
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Clean driving record and meet insurability guidelines

Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, and Saturday
Hours: Monday (9am – 5pm); Tuesday (12pm – 8pm); Wednesday: OFF; Thursday: (9am – 8pm); Friday: (9am – 5pm); Saturday: Hours Vary; Sunday: OFF
Hours may vary based on customer appointments and dealership hours; must have the ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business
Dealership Support Assistant: $22-$25/hour
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
