A typical day as an Internal Sales Associate includes daily communication with nine assigned Area Managers, cold calling prospective and current customers via phone and email, updating our CRM, and assisting with sending out invitations to dinner programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently.
• Strong time management skills, being able to prioritize and divide time among several tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Possess a professional phone voice and excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to learn our services and product portfolio.
• Actively demonstrate characteristics that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

1 to 3 times a year.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Traditional office environment with minimal travel. Schedule : M - F in office in Friendswood, TX. (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM)
