Responsibilities:
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a busy workload under sometimes stressful conditions
- Have some experience in Customer Service/ Sales, ideally in automotive
- Love to help people and find ways to create happy customers
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Have a naturally happy and outgoing demeanor
- Work alongside your dealership peers to create an exceptional customer experience geared to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Previous experience at “quicky” lube shops, department store auto shops or dealerships a plus
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Be a great teammate to your co-workers, always willing to go above and beyond
- Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the dealership
- Ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly, compassionately, and timely
