The primary function of this position is to maintain real-time accurate inventories of all finished goods and raw materials used for production. A successful inventory manager is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Record and report daily deliveries and outgoing shipments
- Monthly inventory reconcilliation with clients
- Cummunicate with clients informing them of any needs for production requirements
- Work with clients to coordinate loading / unloading schedules
- Monitor GMP requirements
- Supervise shipping and receiving staff
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Manage forklift upkeep
Skills
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
