Line Service Technician

Castle & Cooke Aviation Services is a high quality Fixed Base Operation (FBO) located at the Van Nuys Airport. We are currently seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join out team on a full-time basis.

• An excellent driving record with valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The desire to work primarily outdoors and perform duties which require moderate physical exertion
• Experience operating tugs, forklifts or other power driven equipment is a plus
• Experience in aviation and/or the hospitality industry is a plus

Essential duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service to all flight crew, passengers, and tenants in all interactions
• Fueling aircraft
• Towing aircraft into position
• Drive and operate various line service vehicles including fuel truck and tugs
• Marshaling arriving and departing aircraft
• Loading and unloading luggage for passengers
• Assisting flight crew with pre and post flight services and any other ground service requested
• Completing necessary training programs as required by the company and other ground service requests
• Park arriving passengers vehicles in designated areas and stage returning passengers vehicles for their convenience
• Clean facilities and ground equipment including hangar floors and tugs as directed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
