About the Role
This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of site development projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are performed in accordance with project plans and specifications, regulatory requirements and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project engineers and consultants on managing site development projects
- Collaborates in the preparation of feasibility studies, design specifications, infrastructure master plans, and requirements for offsite and onsite improvements
- Primary point of contact for all engineering related matters on assigned projects
- Support budget development and monitors cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Preferred
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration may substitute for 2 years of experience
- Residential development planning. Desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam
- Understanding of real estate and/or construction project coordination and planning
- Familiarity with federal, state, and city permitting processes and procedures
- This is an onsite position
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
