Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. is a leading homebuilder and developer of planned communities in Hawaii. We have built thousands of homes for Hawaii families over several decades in a number of communities, including Mililani, Royal Kunia, and Kapolei, and are continuing this legacy at Koa Ridge and other projects.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team, which is responsible for managing the planning, budgeting, design, and construction of projects in coordination with a cross functional team to develop and market residential projects within budget and on time, and effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders and senior management. The Project Coordinator is responsible for working wtih Project Managers in coordination of planning, engineering, architectural, governmental agency, legal, CPR processing, contracts, sales & marketing, construction and AOUO/HOA community relations and design review activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Manager in preparation and monitoring of project budgets, and coordination of consultants
- Manage the processing of condominium documents
- Manage design review process
- Assists in community relations
- Performs various administrative tasks as assigned in support of the Project Management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or real estate development related discipline preferred, or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with state and county permitting processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
