Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services based on client preferences
- Provide hair treatments such as conditioning and scalp treatments
- Offer hair care advice to clients for at-home maintenance
- Keep workstations clean and sanitize tools after each use
- Upsell salon products and promote retail sales
- Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling
- Proficiency in hair threading, nail care, makeup application, and straight razor techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of color theory and experience with salon software for appointments and inventory management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in store management or front desk duties is advantageous
