Phlebotomist – Full time needed for laboratory. Applicants must have experience with:
- Collects patient blood and/or urine specimens using established procedures
- Properly prepares collected specimens for testing and analysis, ensuring specimen integrity
- Input data and verify urine and blood test requisitions
- Identifies patients before any specimens are obtained
- Labels and documents specimens to prepare for shipment when necessary
- Obtain all necessary signatures as needed
- Inputting patient information accurately into the computer system
Minimum Qualifications:
- Phlebotomist Certification
- Minimum of two years medical/lab front office experience
- Ability to understand, interpret forms to patients if needed
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Current CPR/BLS
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
