Overview
The Property Manager Intern is responsible for supporting the Property Manager on-site with any delegated administrative, financial, or operational tasks and projects.
The Property Manager Intern provides exemplary service consistent with the Castle Group's values and mission. They perform all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills as an representative of Castle Royal Service.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply internal operational procedures related to Property Management.
- Adheres to all safety precautions and procedures while performing duties.
- Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills as a representative of Castle Royal Service.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Must be enrolled at an accredited college/university and in good academic standing.
- Projected graduation date of Fall/Winter of the internship year preferred.
- Must possess an unrestricted work authorization.
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship (8 weeks).
- Intermediate command of computer hardware/software, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- The position may require a valid Driver’s License.
