We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome Patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out Patients, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to Patient inquiries
- Scheduling and provide information about adjustments and other services
- Handle Patient complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and order entry
- Coordinate plans and work as assigned
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in a medical receptionist role is a plus but not required.

- As a Front Desk professional, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your core skills in communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency with computer systems will be essential in managing calendar appointments, data entry, and maintaining an orderly front office. With premium skills in multi-line phone systems and office management, you will ensure efficient operations. Your relevant experience with Google Suite and clerical tasks will further enhance our team's effectiveness. This Part time position hours are Monday and Wednesday full days we work in the Morning and we all come back and work the afternoon shift. Tuesday and Friday we work in the mornings and Thursday we work afternoon. average work week is about 25 hours give or take a couple of hours.
