The Castle & Key Guest Experience Host is expected to exemplify everything the brand represents in terms of overall behavior, quality of execution, good taste, professional image, and discretion. The primary role of the Guest Experience Host is a rotational position that supports our greeting areas, curated tours and tasting room operations.. The Guest Experience Host should engage in building relationships with all guests visiting the property and leverage opportunities to share the history of the facility and connect their guests with the Castle & Key brand story. The team member is expected to maintain the seamless operation and cleanliness of all public spaces. This position will require a high level of flexibility and the ability to support several areas of the Hospitality operation. This position will be required to be “on-stage” for the majority of their shift.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous public speaking experience preferred, or a willingness to step out of one’s comfort zone
- High School Degree/GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be highly professional and able to display exceptional etiquette when interacting with guests Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, viewing a computer monitor may be required
- May be required to push, pull, lift objects > 50 pounds
- Exposure to extreme weather and temperature conditions (heat, cold, wet)
- May be required to climb a ladder, and drive a golf cart
- Weekend availability is required

DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Be a positive example to your peers and the team by way of preparedness, punctuality, positivity, encouraging feedback and problem-solving.- Consistently adhere to the Hospitality dress code policy.
- Be accountable and responsible for the satisfactory completion of opening and closing duties.
- Master the Castle & Key narrative and additional details in order to deliver a unique experience.
- Greet guests visiting the property, be proficient with AnyRoad, and provide them with a curated explanation of Castle & Key products as well as experience offerings.
- Prepare tasting areas, drinkware, and bar tools for tours throughout the day cleaning and prepping multiple times per day as determined by experience schedule.
- Assist in retail floor operations, including restocking items, product education, and guest checkout via Point of Sale system.
- Build team cohesion by collaboration and promoting a positive work environment.
- Must be able to adapt the flow and structure of the onsite experiences when the situation dictates such as weather, construction etc.
- Commit to continuing education on cocktails, spirits, history, and the Castle & Key brand.
- Must be proficient in the emergency procedure protocol, maintaining guest safety at all times.
- Maintain an immaculate working area and tour path clear of any hazards or debris
- Must be able to confidently interact with guests and provide them with outstanding hospitality in all types of situations.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
