Successful Specialty Retailer is hiring for a high-volume Area Manager at our Tacoma, WA area locations.
Salary range: $85,000-$110,000 BOE
The Area Manager drives sales growth as the leader of the customer experience on the sales floor while providing the WOW factor to our guests and motivation to the team every day. You will provide leadership and direction to the store staff and successfully champion business strategies, vision and values. Ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising and operations are consistent and well executed per company policies. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous training, feedback, and guidance.

- Manage your store teams by selling alongside them. You must enjoy selling and exceeding sales metrics.
- Champion teamwork and fosters a results-driven store environment.
- Develops current team into future store leaders.
- Minding the details, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring standards/processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years retail store manager previous experience.
- 2 years of Multi Unit leadership experience highly preferred.
- Must have previous sales goals and KPI coaching experience.
- Ability to travel within the Tacoma area, including to our Silverdale WA location.
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Must be available to workdays, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
