Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives in partnership with Marketing team and executive leadership.
- Create content across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Oversee social media channels, creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and enhancing brand presence, including influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Create visually compelling content using graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Suite).
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and generate regular reports.
- Optimize landing pages and websites to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO techniques.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated across campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Minimum 3-years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Previous experience with Shopify required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and website optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge in back end coding a HUGE PLUS!
- Candidates will be required to provide a portfolio of their work, demonstrating their skills in previous projects.
Scheduling Requirements / Working Conditions: up to 45 hours per week
- 100% onsite
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
