Infant Teacher - Lead

Castle Montessori of Frisco is in search of a dedicated and experienced Infant Lead Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 6 weeks to 12 months. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with infants and demonstrate a profound commitment to fostering their growth and development. We value creativity, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills with both children and adults, along with solid classroom management capabilities.

Our team is looking for someone who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment, where you can take pride in your role. Your daily schedule will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing atmosphere for infants
• Design and implement engaging developmental activities
• Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers
• Ensure disciplined management and organization of the classroom
