Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Spanish lessons during morning hours and provide private instruction in the afternoons.
- Rotate among our five campuses located in Carrollton, Flower Mound, McKinney, Frisco, and Plano, Texas.
- Develop instructional plans focused on enhancing vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Foster a nurturing and respectful learning environment, promoting independent learning activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and academic needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of professionalism and ability to multi-task.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in child care and child development.
- Energetic, organized, and proactive in engaging with children.
- Professional preparedness and experience in teaching Spanish, particularly to young children.
- A solid understanding of Montessori principles is advantageous.
- Previous teaching or childcare experience is highly desirable.
