The qualifications of this position are as follows:
- Have at least 2 years experience in general practice
- Experience in all disciplines of dentistry
- Ability to successfully mentor younger doctors to increase productivity and communication skills with team and patients
- Humility to work well with other doctors and collaborate often
- Growth-orientated and flexible in technology, supplies, and systems
- LOVE the mountain lifestyle
