Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold food orders including appetizers, salad, and desserts.
- Prepare variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to the individual stations using Castle Pines Golf Club recipes.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
- Report to shift on time and in proper uniform.
- Ability to view ingredients and complete recipes to ensure only the highest quality products are used and produced.
- Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Complete daily checks of frozen and fresh par ingredients for quantities needed, communicating to the appropriate personnel when items need to be ordered.
- Work in a clean and safe manner adhering to all Food Handler guidelines.
- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks including, but not limited to, dishwashing, wiping down, and sanitizing work surfaces, cleaning stock shelves, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.

Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Strong time management skills and self-motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of ingredients and commercial kitchen ingredients.
