Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Overview:
The Valet Attendant welcomes and creates a first-class impression upon Member and guest arrival. This position assists Members and guests during the loading and unloading process and safely relocates vehicles to designated parking locations. If needed, additional transportation duties may be asked of this position. This role has a flexible schedule that ranges from early morning hours to late evening hours. The Valet Associate position is a Seasonal position through October.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to safely park Member and guest vehicles.
- Assist with transportation runs if needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and a professional demeanor with all Members and guests during all interactions.
- Assist Members and guests with luggage, golf clubs, and other items as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all Member and guest needs are managed appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, neat work area which includes the front drive, valet desk, and parking area.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Frequently moves luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. in and out of vehicles.
- Occasionally clean and wash Club vehicles if needed.

Requirements
- Required to possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with a current address and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus.
- Experience in high-end customer service and/or hospitality preferred, but not required.
- Ability to move luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. in and out of vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
