Position Summary :
The Marketing Specialist position works closely with corporate leadership, regional directors, and on-site team managers to implement marketing action plans that focus on driving traffic, renewing residents, and improving the overall customer experience. They will do this through coaching, training and monitoring of marketing initiatives and leasing performance. The Marketing Specialist will support properties in the portfolio while also assisting with corporate level initiatives. Corporate initiatives include, but are not limited to, the management of the Crown Residential social media account, reporting, event planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with an eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The Marketing Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Determine and manage traffic goals and conversions on Google campaigns to drive quality traffic.
- Develop and implement strategies that optimize campaigns allowing a property to reach their budgeted occupancy goal.
- Strategically develop competitive tracking insights based on property and regional marketing analysis.
- Direct digital campaigns prior to, during, and post takeover of new acquisitions.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, build out of Google AdWords campaign structure, implementation of created campaigns, as well as ongoing management.
- Develop action plans for communities and make recommendations based on paid search performance metrics to meet business operations goals.
- Host marketing calls with RDs / PDs to provide support and ensure that on-site teams and properties are performing properly.
- Produce and deliver creative marketing related items including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, templates, copywiting, etc.
- Manage corporate social media accounts and ensuring consistent grown and engagement.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor and / or Director of Marketing
