General Maintenance Technician III – Maui
The full-time general maintenance technician will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining facilities and furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision. Must be able to perform minor duties in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs efficiently and in a thorough manner in accordance with quality standards.

- Location: Maui, Hawaii
- Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. On-the-job training provided.
- Salary range: $21.00-$23.00/hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Able to utilize equipment, tools, materials and supplies in an economical, efficient, skillful, and safe manner.
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
- Complete daily trouble reports and timesheets in an accurate and understandable manner.
- Responsible for the safe use and operation of all tools and materials associated with the tasks related to this position and other duties, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of basic maintenance duties.
- Reliable; able to multi-task and learn on the job.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of hotel or condominium resort interior maintenance experience or an equivalent amount of experience in related areas. Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.
