As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being and appearance of clients through personalized skincare treatments and consultations. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals while ensuring their skin health is prioritized. You will be responsible for performing a variety of services, including facials, chemical peels, and hair removal, tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Additionally, you will educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction. Ultimately, your work will contribute to a positive and rejuvenating experience for clients, making them feel confident and beautiful.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide waxing and skincare services to guests.
- Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduled service.
- Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommend home care regimens.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
- Set up workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
- Promote and sell spa/salon services.
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools.
- Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service and informing supervisor/manager.
- Maintain current licensure in service area.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
- Comply with quality assurance standards.
- Follow company and department policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; wear nametag; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
- Have access to reliable transportation and follow attendance policy
- Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Spa Manager.
- Assist in other areas of the operation as needed.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
- All other duties as assigned.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
