About the role
This Director of Sales will lead an enthusiastic and skilled Sales, Catering and Conference Services team which consistently delivers on their goals. Nashville is a dynamic and changing market, with plenty of opportunity for a Sales Leader to make their mark. The Director of Sales collaborates with Marketing and Revenue Management to achieve The Westin Nashville’s revenue strategy. Reporting to the hotel's General Manager, with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Sales, this position is well supported and will be responsible for sales operations, leading the sales team, ensure exceptional service for our meeting planners and other guests, and business development on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in strategic sales planning
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or experience in lieu of formal education.
