What You’ll Do:
Schedule and assign home health aides to patient cases
Communicate with patients and their families to confirm care arrangements
Respond quickly to changes, emergencies, or last-minute staffing needs
Use HHAeXchange to manage scheduling and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Experience using HHAeXchange
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
