2023-24 Substitute Salary Schedule Number of Days Rate of Pay Amount 1 - 30 75% of 1/180 of base salary per day up to and including day 30. $222.22 31 - 60 85% of 1/180 of base salary per day up to and including day 60. $251.85 60 95% of 1/180 of base salary per day for the 61st day and beyond. $281.47 Long-term in same position: Day 1 - 20 90% of 1/180 of base salary per day up to and including day 20. $266.66 Long-term in same position: Day 21 100% of base salary on district salary schedule $296.29
There are no benefits offered except Employee Paid Sick Leave as outlined in RCW 49.46.210
