Castle Rock Therapies in Parker is in search of a full time, Client Care Specialist!
Summary: We are looking for someone who can navigate the daily operations of a growing physical/occupational/speech therapy practice while providing consistent top tier customer service. An ideal candidate is someone who can provide in-depth knowledge of our services and contribute informative support to our patients, clients, and partners with a warm and inviting demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client/Patient Communication -
- Provide expert assistance to all guests with enthusiasm and confidence
- Calling/emailing/texting patients regarding appointment reminders, waitlist notifications, balances owed, and schedule or company updates
- Reviewing verification of benefits, and answering basic insurance/billing questions
- Scheduling patients for evaluations, and follow-up appointments whether in person or via phone call
- Ensuring consistent patient satisfaction while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Scheduling/EMR Oversight -
- Monitor the schedule daily for efficiencies, errors, or opportunities for waitlist clients
- Track patterns and trends to facilitate schedule optimization
- Collect all copays, and balances due
- Assist in the completion of authorizations, and progress notes
General duties -
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with all team members and clients
- Aid in maintaining a clean and organized office and work space

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and empathic demeanor
- Exceptional problem solving skills, backed by good judgement
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality customer service
- Experience in healthcare/navigating EMR systems (preferred)

Pay: $18.24 - $24.00 per hour
