This is a 2nd shift position with 40 hours weekly and comes with a company vehicle to use while on shift.
Job Summary
As our Training Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge across the organization. In this position you will be responsible for assessing training needs, inspecting of jobs, delivering training sessions to ensure that employees are equipped to meet the demands of their roles, and assisting the other management team members in various projects. As an ideal candidate you would possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Duties
- Assess and carry out trainings and performance evaluations.
- Develop comprehensive training programs that align with company goals and employee development objectives.
- Manage budgets for training.
- Arrange on the job training for new employees
- Support career development for employees by creating development plans that include training, mentoring and other projects.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Help create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training initiatives accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on all company policy's and regulations
Skills
- You should have effective communication skills to engage diverse audiences and understand employees strenghts and weaknesses.
- Motivate employees and build professional relationships
- Be proficient in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Strong background in training multiple employees on various tasks simultaneously.
- Great writing and verbal communication for creating and addressing clear instructional materials.
- Develop long term-plans for instructional design and short-term plans for execution.
- Ability to manage change effectively within the organization through targeted training initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
