We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
