Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with guests throughout their meal
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing duties in the dining area and kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
Skills:
- Excellent hospitality and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Proficient in bussing tables and providing exceptional guest services
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Strong math skills for cash handling and operating a cash register
