The Private Placements Director or Managing Director will be a critical part of the CastleOak M&A Advisory team, reporting directly to the Head of M&A Advisory. This person will be part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team responsible for sourcing private fundraising engagements and executing private placements. The finance professional has established a broad network of private placement investors including public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, PE sponsors, VC sponsors, corporations, family offices, and high net worth individuals. We are seeking a leader with a strong financial background who is organized, reliable, and capable of managing complex projects. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
