Your responsibilities will include providing essential support to the sales team through a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication with guests, handling hotel-related correspondence, and assisting in the overall sales process. You will be pivotal in processing leads, managing commissions, and serving as a key point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with professionalism.
In addition to assisting with sales coordination, you will manage critical logistics, such as making reservations and organizing travel arrangements for clients and team members. You will also be responsible for preparing and distributing essential documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders, ensuring all departments receive timely and accurate information.
As a key member of the team, you will act as the backbone of support to the Director of Sales, serving not only as a strategic partner but also as a gatekeeper for their time and priorities. You will play a critical role in filtering communications, managing schedules, and ensuring that important tasks are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of organization, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy. You must be proactive, resourceful, and anticipate needs before they arise. With a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, you will be indispensable to the success of the sales team.
