You are approachable and assertive. You know how to balance authority with compassion, and you do so with the highest degree of charisma and personalization. You have a proven track record of exercising good judgement and efficient decision-making.

While on patrols, you monitor the activity of the hotel and give our guests and team a sense of safety and security. You are detailed in your reports and tracking systems, and you communicate thoroughly and professionally in your face-to-face interactions and via your written communications.
