Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current Utah RN license or multistate/compact.
- At least 2 years experience working in an ICU.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
