Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drain Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional drain cleaning services, diagnosing and repairing drain issues, and effectively selling additional services to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of plumbing systems, proficiency in using Service Titan software, and the ability to collect payments and manage financial transactions.
Essential duties included but are not limited to :
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders, customer information, and financial transactions.
- Sell additional services to customers by identifying potential plumbing issues and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Collect payments from customers upon completion of services.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts and tools necessary for drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
