The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services, from diagnostics to repair and installation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Service Titan software for job management, invoicing, and payment collection. They will also be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to complete jobs effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential duties included but are not limited to :
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and light commercial environments.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients to sell services.
- Collect payments and manage financial transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of parts and tools required for various plumbing tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing code specifications.
- Use Service Titan app and related software.
