Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plumbing Install Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination of sold jobs, maintaining efficient communication across the business, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and can manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Job Coordination and Scheduling :
- Schedule and facilitate job completion to ensure timely service delivery.
- Dispatch installers by matching the right installer to the right job, leveraging knowledge of their strengths and areas for development.
- Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule sold jobs in Service Titan promptly.
- Review calls to confirm necessary pictures, install checklists, scope summaries, and install videos are uploaded before scheduling. Follow up with technicians as needed.
- Regularly check in with lead installers to track job progress and estimated completion times.
- Communication and Customer Service :
- Respond promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation, providing solutions before they become major problems.
- Follow up with customers post-job completion to provide five-star service, reinforce value, and request online reviews.
- Collect outstanding payments that were not secured on-site during the installation.
