Exciting Leadership Opportunity - Operations Manager - Santa Clarita Valley Plumbing and Water Heaters
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our newest service line, Santa Clarita Plumbing and Water Heaters for Castleworks Home Services. This role is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing plumbing division while driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and fostering a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development in a fast-paced, competitive market
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Creating and implementing business strategies for growth.
- Assuming full operational responsibility for profit and loss activities.
- Starting up and developing new Plumbing Services, including workforce hiring, operational setup, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Managing front-line managers who, in turn, supervise a field workforce of sales and service teams offering Water Heater and Plumbing products and services to both residential and commercial customers.
- Preparing business forecasts, budgets, and other reports.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, address potential problem areas, and take immediate corrective actions based on findings.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of competitors, developing strategies and innovations to sustain market leadership, and sharing best practices with other members of management.
- Consistently administering company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the Director on long- and short-term plans for growth, including expanding into new service offerings.
- Providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the business unit(s) to the Director.
- Working autonomously while ensuring business expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Fostering a success-oriented, accountable culture.
- Acting as a strategic partner on the leadership team.
- Providing oversight and accountability to ensure supervisors stay on track and within budget.
- Ability to travel throughout the various business unit locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Santa Clarita
