Job Summary
The Water Heater Super Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and selling water heaters in residential and commercial environments. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters, filtration, and related products.
- Present to customers product information, pricing, and benefits.
- Closely engage with clients on their water heaters and maintenance requirements.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters as necessary.
- Maintain truck stock inventory at predetermined levels.
- Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in plumbing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report pursuant to company policy.
