Opportunity!

We have a current opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at our Menomonee Falls facility.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks within the office and manufacturing areas.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and services areas.
• Diagnose the machine and overhaul troublesome components and attachments to involve dismantling, inspection, machining, or replacement of purchased parts
• Rebuild machines and overhaul troublesome components and attachments to involve dismantling, inspection, machining, or replacement of purchased parts
• Perform skilled operations such as removal of belts for industrial equipment; and other various activities relative to the installation and relocation of existing machines and equipment to involve dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Conduct maintenance on the buildings, facilities, and grounds
• Assist in determining the nature and scope of forthcoming projects and the requirements for completion
• Ensure preventive maintenance on climate control equipment, Forklifts, and WAVES.
• Maintain required maintenance logs and files
• Perform routine housekeeping activities in the department and ensure adherence to established safety procedures and requirements
• Other tasks as defined
  
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Computer experience with MS Office
• Hazmat certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Basic electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools and sockets
• Hold a valid drivers license
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
