Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Help with bussing tables in the bar area to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Support bartenders during busy shifts by anticipating their needs and providing assistance as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the food industry and eagerness to learn about bartending techniques is highly desirable.

Pay: $12.50 - $25.00 per hour
