About the Role
The Agricultural Equipment Technician will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, excellent technical skills, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in service repairs, a Master Service Technician certification (preferred), and a High School Diploma or equivalent experience. A valid driver's license is required, and a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) and fork lift license are preferred.

- Performing complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions products
- Participating in Service Training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the field as required
- Mentoring Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians
- Maintaining current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Maintaining vehicle, inventory, tool, and equipment condition
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS IN PERFORMING WORK ASSIGNMENTS
- Completing all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
