Position
Overview:
We are seeking an LPN or RN who embodies the spirit of a career

highest level of care. In this role, you will work closely with our Pediatric
team to deliver individualized and family-centered care for children of all
ages, from newborns to adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate and support families, empowering them to participate in their child’s care journey.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Advocate for patients' needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active nursing license in the applicable state
- New graduates are welcome – comprehensive training is provided!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan
- Conduct evaluations, including monitoring medications and vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications
- Educate clients and families on home health care best practices
- Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and the care team
- Recommend tools or devices to enhance patient quality of life
